Anna Grace Phelan’s last post before dying is gut-wrenching

TikTok Mourns Loss of 19-Year-Old Anna Grace Phelan

At the end of May, TikTok lost one of its brightest young voices. Anna Grace Phelan, 19, passed away on May 23, 2025, after a brief but courageous battle with an aggressive brain tumor. Her final, emotional TikTok post—shared just a week earlier—left thousands in tears.

Anna gained a devoted following by openly documenting her cancer journey, inspiring many with her faith and honesty. In her last video, despite declining health, she thanked Tim Tebow for a care package, her voice barely audible but her spirit strong.

She also gave a heartbreaking health update: “My tumor grew… I can’t breathe, and it can’t be operated on. I don’t see well, can’t walk alone… But I’m not giving up. Keep praying for me.”

Born in Orlando and raised in Georgia, Anna had recently graduated high school and planned to start college. She was active in her church and worked at a cancer clinic—ironically, the very kind she would one day need.

Her family announced her passing on TikTok, sharing her favorite Bible verse and a message of faith. A GoFundMe raised over $66,000 to support her treatment, later updated with thanks from her parents.

Anna’s courage, vulnerability, and deep belief touched countless lives. Even in her final days, she gave others hope and showed what it means to live with grace.
